The Rolling Calendar

Developed in a Montessori classroom, this wall mounted, interactive calendar personalizes time by creating a daily record of the children’s writing and drawing. With The Rolling Calendar, children are exposed to the concept of time. A full week can be presented. The sliding guide can be used to separate the past (on the left) and the future (on the right). Through use, the children gradually grasp the idea of abstract concepts of time, such as today, tomorrow, yesterday, last week, etc. Includes: a beechwood base with 2 spindles and a sliding guide (95 x 13 cm), a bracket for mounting The Rolling Calendar to a wall and 1 roll of paper.
