Are you passionate about Montessori pedagogy and want to join a committed team? We're looking for a Montessori educator aged 6-12 to support 25 children in a caring, dynamic and collaborative environment.
YOUR MISSIONS :
- Accompanying children: Present Montessori activities in an engaging way, monitor their progress individually and support them in their overall development with kindness.
- Teamwork: Work in pairs with an English-speaking educator and contribute to an enriching learning environment.
- Communicating with families: Maintain regular contact with parents to share progress and discuss child follow-up.
- Create an inspiring environment: Prepare and maintain an organized and stimulating learning space.
PROFILE REQUIRED:
Montessori Diploma 6-12 years
Teaching and group management experience desirable.
Qualities: caring, autonomy, adaptability and team spirit.
CONDITIONS :
Type of contract: Full-time permanent contract (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8am to 5pm).
Benefits: ongoing training, reimbursement of transport costs (public transport or bicycle), health insurance, yearly bonus.
