We work with all types of establishments and are used to administrative purchase orders and payments on Chorus Pro.
A few references
- Send us an e-mail with a list of the products you require (references and quantities), details of the paying establishment (and its SIRET) and details of the delivery address with tel/email, and we will draw up a quotation for you.
- Make your basket on the site and choose "Estimate". It will be sent to you and must be signed by the town hall or the paying establishment.
- Send us your administrative order form directly if it is complete with the refs/quantities of the materials required.
In all cases, we must ultimately receive a duly completed purchase order from the paying institution authorizing the expenditure.
For a complete class
As there are so many different types of equipment, we have provided an Excel file listing the main types of equipment by area and age, so that you can more easily determine your needs and get an idea of the final cost.
Then simply return the completed Excel file to us - don't make a 10km basket that will be unmanageable ;-)
