Lancy, Geneva - Position to be filled in August 2025
Our school, located in the commune of Lancy, is looking for an AMI-trained educator to accompany children aged 12 months to 2 years in a caring and stimulating environment. We have two locations, one in Grand-Lancy and the other in Petit-Lancy, offering an ideal setting for children and professionals to flourish.
Profile required:
- AMI 0-3 diploma required (in training).
- EDE diploma
- At least 2 years' experience working with children aged 0 to 3.
- Fluency in English or French (both languages an asset).
- Sensitivity to Montessori pedagogy and caring education.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with families.
- Dynamism, creativity and a sense of responsibility.
Missions :
- Welcome and support children in their overall development (motor, cognitive, social and emotional).
- Prepare and maintain a child-friendly environment.
- Observe and guide children in their independent activities.
- Work with the pedagogical team and families to ensure individualized follow-up.
- Participate in school life and team meetings.
