We are a group of bilingual nursery schools located in Paris 14th and Kremlin Bicêtre (94), catering for children from the age of 2. As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced Montessori Educator to join our team from September 2025.
Main tasks :
- Accompany children aged 3 to 6 in their learning according to the Montessori pedagogy.
- Create a prepared, stimulating and secure environment, respecting each child's individual needs.
- Collaborate with the pedagogical team to ensure educational continuity between the different age groups.
- Maintain open, caring communication with families.
- Participate actively in school life and educational projects.
Profile required:
- Montessori educator diploma (AMI or equivalent) for ages 3-6.
- Significant experience as a Montessori educator, with a demonstrated ability to guide a group of children in a Montessori environment.
- Excellent classroom management and pedagogical differentiation skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a bilingual environment (good command of English is an asset).
- Passion for education, caring, and commitment to the Montessori philosophy.
