Every major piece of the puzzle contains a topic related to personal hygiene. For example, blow your nose and immediately throw away the tissue, wash your hands, brush your teeth, wash your hair, cut your nails, do the laundry/dishes, vacuum. The cat also washes and the bird takes a bath.
