. Montessori Assistant 6-12, Anglophone (AMI preferable, or the candidate willing to do the 3 week training)
. Full-time : 8:00-17:00 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Wednesday morning once a month. 2 x garderie/week 17h-18h
. Location : Cornebarrieu, 31700, France (west of Toulouse)
. Start date : August 2025
. Condition : CDI, salary follows the 'convention collective' rules, 7 weeks of paid holiday.
La Maison Montessori is a small Montessori school with two environments, a 3-6, which has been in existence for 10 years and a 6-12, which is in it's 6th year. The school building is a converted barn and benefits from two seperate gardens, the large, natural 6-12 garden, with vegetable plots, providing opportunities for nature activities. Our school participates in the 'Eco-Ecole' programme.
Due to retirement, our school is looking to replace our 6-12 anglophone assistant . The candidate will join our team, a 3-6 AMI guide and 3-6 AMI assistant and will work closely alongside our French 6-12 AMI guide. We are seeking the right person who loves to work with elementary aged children, helping them to develop independence and to take charge of their own learning. The candidate will ; speak english and help the children to develop their english skills ; have an interest in nature and gardening ; make materials for the class ; take part in the Eco-Ecole programme.
